"From the time I was young I had a passion for three things... golf, rock n' roll, and architecture. I spent many hours as a child drawing hockey players and race cars, dreaming up house plans and inventing worlds for Dungeons & Dragons. I had a curiosity for the world around me and enjoyed taking things apart to see how they work. I even destroyed several of my Grandfather's old pocket watches to see how the gears operated. I probably shouldn't have done that (insert disapproving head shake here). Even during my teenage years when I discovered heavy metal (think Metallica)... I always wanted to be an architect. I believe that we can make a better world through design and that we shouldn't lose the freedom of thought we once had as a child. The possibilities are endless."
