Central Housing for Community

The University of Winnipeg Community Renewal Corporation (UWCRC) aims to revive Winnipeg’s downtown core by responding to its local needs and challenges. This includes increasing access to safe and affordable housing throughout Winnipeg's core.

Current plans for this housing project include fifteen units, located near the Winnipeg Art Gallery. Construction is expected to begin summer 2023.
